From Humble Beginnings to Transformational Achievements!
BASELINE began as a dream shared by Saurabh Arora and Gaurav Gupta—two friends with years of industry experience who saw an opportunity to redefine project management.
After years of working in leading corporations, they saw the gaps in project planning, monitoring, and control. Determined to bridge these inefficiencies, they left their stable careers to build BASELINE—a company committed to setting new industry standards in Project Management.
Saurabh’s journey spanned shipboard operations to managing large-scale projects in ports, power, and industrial construction. A Mechanical Engineer with an MBA in Operations & Finance, his global experience and strategic mindset made him an expert in taking projects from concept to commissioning.
Gaurav, a Civil Engineer from IIT Bombay, built his expertise in BHEL and Larsen & Toubro, contributing to major projects like the Sikkim Airport design feasibility. His deep understanding of project execution and customer-focused approach made him a natural leader in the field.
